By providing OTP, the Applicant/ Customer (hereinafter referred to as You) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• The use of the website/ app is governed by the terms contained herein, the privacy policy of India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lender) provided at its website on the linkhttps://www.indiashelter.in/privacypolicy and other specific terms and conditions mentioned therein.
• The use of the website shall be governed by applicable laws.
• All information, material, data, analysis, and other content on the website are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Lender without prior notification.
• Any consent or information obtained from you through this website is not and should not be construed as an offer to sanction and loan or any other assistance.
• You understand and agree that sanction of the loan/ credit facility is subject to various terms and conditions as per internal policies of the Lender, applicable from time to time. Further, the Lender, at its sole discretion, reserves its right to reject the application after communicating the reasons for rejection and that the Lender/ its directors/ employees/ agents shall not be responsible/ liable in any manner whatsoever, to you for such rejection or any delay in notifying you of such rejection and any costs, losses, damages or expenses, or other consequences, caused by reason of such rejection of your application.
• You, hereby, provide explicit consent to the Lender to access/ verify your CKYC details available in Central KYC Registry (CKYCR), access your credit information report from any of the Credit Information Companies (CICs) authorized by the Reserve Bank of India, perform a soft bureau check (this will not affect your credit score) and verify your Permanent Account Number from the database of the issuing authority.
• You understand and agree that by providing your details, including your KYC information for enquiring or availing the loan facility from the Lender, you expressly provide and irrevocably authorize the Lender to collect, store, share, obtain, disclose and authenticate any aspect of your personal data/ information including KYC information either directly or through any of the authorized representatives/ agents, as may be required for processing of your loan application without any further notice/ intimation to you, subject to applicable laws/ regulatory directions including those relating to Aadhaar, CKYCR, CICs etc.
• You hereby confirm and provide explicit consent to the Lender to share your personal data with its authorized agents, affiliates, partners and associated entities for processing of the loan application or for the purpose of offering, marketing, and promoting loan products and services. By submitting your details to the Lender, you have no objection to the Lender or its agents providing you information on various products, offers and services through any mode (including telephone calls, SMSs/emails, letters etc.) and authorize the Lender and its agents for the above purpose.
• You, hereby, confirm that laws in relation to the unsolicited communication referred in National Do Not Call Registry as laid down by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India,shall be considered not applicable for such information/ communication to you and you shall not initiate any action against the Lender or its representatives/ agents for providing such information to you.
• You understand and agree that all fees paid/ to be paid by you, including processing fees and login fees is non-refundable.
• The Lender shall have the right to retain the photograph and documents submitted with the application.
• You hereby consent to receiving important terms & conditions and revisions thereto from the Lender through WhatsApp/ SMS/ Email. Further, any acceptance by you through WhatsApp/ SMS/ Email from your mobile number(s) or Email ID(s) registered with the Lender shall be binding on you.
• You confirm that you are a citizen of India. Further, you undertake to inform the Lender regarding any changes in your residence or KYC details/ occupation/ employment/ contact details and to provide any further information that the Lender may require to process your loan application.
• You confirm that you neither have/ had any insolvency proceedings initiated against you nor have/ had been adjudicated insolvent. You also confirm that neither any criminal/civil proceedings have been initiated against you, nor have you been convicted in any criminal proceedings.
• By visiting the website, you acknowledge, accept and expressly authorize the Lender to place cookies and use your information.
• You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in the content shall remain vested in the Lender and are protected by the concerned Indian Laws and International treaty provisions.
• The Trademark, trade names and logos that are used and displayed on the website include registered and unregistered Trademarks of the Lender and other third parties (wherever applicable).
• The Lender does not grant any expressed or implied rights to use the website, trademarks, contents, services, facilities, and programs mentioned herein and nothing should be construed as granting any license or right to use any Trademarks displayed on the website.
• The content on the website is provided on an as is and as available basis without any representation or endorsement whether expressed or implied.
• The Lender does not warrant that the services and products offered by the website will be uninterrupted or error free.
• Neither the Lender nor any of its directors/ employees shall be liable in any manner, for any economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation, error, omission, interruptions, or other inaccuracies or any special or indirect or consequential losses in any case whether such losses were incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with this website or from you accessing this website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

• Any dispute arising out of transactions with the Lender shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the Law of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon.
• If any provision of the terms and conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by the Court of Law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions.
• You undertake that the information provided by you is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and that it shall form the basis for the decision regarding a loan from the Lender. In case of any feedback or grievances, you may register your feedback/ grievances with the Lender
