If you have any complaints or grievances regarding your loan or your interaction with any IndiaShelter employees, please call us on 1800-572-8888 or you can visit the branch and make an entry in the complaint register maintained there. We will try and resolve your complaint within 7 working days of receipt of the same. If the resolution provided does not meet your expectation, you can approach our Grievance Redressal Officer through any of our access channels mentioned below:
